This Legal 1 course will fulfill SAE requirements or the mandatory CE credit requirement for ongoing Real Estate license renewal!
Per TREC requirements, you must attend the whole class to receive credit.
Upon completing this 4-hour mandatory class, licensees will be able to
*recognize and avoid common mistakes involving property management, residential and commercial tenancies.
*By actively participating in class, licensees should be able to clearly understand promulgated contracts, addendum and disclosures for buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords.
*This class is to help maintain competency in this increasingly competitive profession and how to make sound decisions that can make the difference in closing or not closing a transaction.
