This Legal Update II course will fulfill SAE requirements or the mandatory CE credit requirement for ongoing Real Estate license renewal!
Legal Update II covers a variety of topics that TREC deems critical with which all licensees should be familiar, including:
• fiduciary and ethical duties of the agent,
• guidance on dealing with water and mineral rights, and
• important updates to tax laws and rules.
Per TREC requirements, you must attend the whole class to receive credit.
To earn CE credit, you must provide your Texas Real Estate License number, remain visible for the entire duration of the class (with exceptions for timed breaks)and engaged with minimum distractions from your learning experience.
