In this webinar, Lori Coulter, Harris County’s Grants & Special Projects Manager, Real Property Division, will discuss the new Harris County’s Single Family New Construction Program (SFNCP). SFNCP matches individuals and families with opportunities to purchase affordable new homes in growing developments throughout the county.

As part of Harris County Project Recovery, the Single-Family New Construction Program is designed to bolster home-buying opportunities for qualified applicants.
