HBREA 2021 Election Application Rules and Guidelines
Leadership Applications are now being accepted for the following Officer and Board positions:
*Board Member (3 open seats)
**Officer (1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Chaplain, and Parliamentarian).
Please complete and submit the nomination form – online or downloadable pdf – by close of business Thursday, September 30, 2021.
Board Member Elections will take place during our Annual Meeting on November 18, 2021.
Candidates running for the position of Board Member or 1st and 2nd Vice President must be:
1.) a member of HBREA in good standing and
2.) a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas in good standing
All other Officer positions require that candidates be a member of HBREA in good standing.
*Board members serve a 3-year term
**Officers serve a 1-year term
**President serves a two-year term
